A rare mineral that forms into gems under extreme pressure and conditions, our namesake PHENAKITE reminds us that food is beyond animal and plants, taking into account terroir, minerals, and the exchange of energy between earth and atmosphere as well as eons and epochs of stories.

Our tasting menu takes a journey of the land, sea, and air, juxtaposing introspection, expression and transformation.
